Diana Jackson has retunred to the natural world revered by her Native American ancestors. Leaving her job, her family, her life behing in search of her lost soul and self, she has joined a small party of sportsmen and women in the snowbound isolation of British Columbia. Brutal death has followed them to this place of cold, white silence. And for the first time in her life, Diana will know the terror of the hunt....as the hunted. Very strong character. Mark T. Sullivan has a way with describing the scenes with almost poetic adjectives. Very good, I was really surprised how much I enjoyed this book. A very underrated author.
