This is a great novel that I read quite a while back. If you like watching the television show JAG, I highly reccomend this book. The similarities are too numerous.
P.T. Deutermann can write with the best of them. For someone that is an expert at what he does, he doesn't talk over the reader's head.
I gave it an 8 because I forgot some of it.
