Can two 'city' siblings find love and happiness in Texas ranch country? But of course! Jena and Ty inherit Great-Aunt Sally's ranch and must come in person [a requirement in the will:] to Texas to sign off on the sales papers. Jena meets hunky cowboy [she doesn't know he's the buyer, he doesn't know she's one of the sellers:] in elevator and lust ensues... Ty returns several months later for sister's wedding and finds that Sally's ranch house where he is supposed to be staying already has an occupant. Lust ensues..
