Teresa Lennon, after enduring years in an abusive marriage, has immersed herself in her work at the Spousal Abuse Center. Pastor Byran Olson, newly arrived in Rocky Bluff, Montana, has found his ministry and his walk with God to be rich and satisfying. Once he too was hurt by love. But that is before Bryan realizes that Teresa has spoken to a part of his heart he never knew existed. And certainly before town matriarch Edith Harness Dutton intercedes.
