After borrowing this book from the library, reading it, and beginning the diet (with a naturopath's recommendation), I wanted to own the book. Unfortunately I purchased two of them, both at library sales! Whoops!

I have never felt better than when I am compliant with this 'diet'. One thing I want to make sure that you know is that over time more testing has been done and Dr. D'Adamo has updated some of the food lists. The newest food list information can be read by anyone on his website for free.

This is the first book he wrote which explains most fully, what the concept is. Although it might seem strange to you, if you open your mind and you try it, you will see that it makes way too much sense!

Subsequent books written by D'Adamo cover other isuses in more depth, such as how to combat very specific illnesses or conditions with this 'diet'.
