This book is heavy on meat and seafood recipes, which is why it isn't a good fit for me. But if that's what you're looking for, it has a lot of simple recipes that call for ingredients you can find in a decent grocery store. Some of the fusion recipes (like Bangkok-to-Bali Caesar Salad with Grilled Hearts of Romaine) sound extra inviting. If you're like me and want more variety but don't have easy access to an Asian grocery store, it's a good cookbook.
