This is a community cookbook was probably published in 1970 or 1971. The first chapter has recipes from local restaurants. The second chapter has recipes from famous people, such as Dwight Eisenhower, Bing Crosby, Lawrence Welk and Ronald Reagan. This book is full of wonderful recipes. The first page makes this statement: The recipes in this book may not have been laboratory tested, but their merit has been established by church and civic groups and the most critical group of all---husbands! Doesn't that reflect the thinking of an earlier day--LOL!
