LaTonya Mason has penned a novel that truly reflects the grace of God. Although trials and tribulations may come, it's your faith in God that allows Him to turn those things around and make them work for your good. Such is the case with Charity Phillips. Life was nothing but downs for Charity until finding her faith in God. She has her own business (besides the many odds that were against her), she's single-handedly raising her son, and she's a minister at a wonderful church. The blessings are definitely abundant until everything that she's worked hard for is threatened. She's about to loose her practice, the custody of her son is threatened, someone is threatening her life, and she's attracted to man who is in prison. Can Charity lean on her faith and trust God to see her through all of this?

The author has done a great job with her debut novel. If you are looking for a novel that you can sink your teeth into, you won't be disappointed. I look forward to reading more from her in the future. There are a few secondary characters that would make for a great sequel. Keep up the good work.
