Despite being published in 2003, it is still very accurate. Like other Time Out travel guides, this one gives opinionated, but fair, reviews of sites/accommodations/restaurants/etc, and also highlights less-frequented sites, which are often more intriguing than popular places. There are very interesting snippets of history documented as well.
