Not gonna lie, I had to google how the Dr. John Lee passed on because I've noticed some health "gurus" passing on due to their own health advice, but then realized I doubt this guy worried a lot about taking the supplements he researched ;) I was glad to see he was so passionate about his work and really believed in helping women through natural hormone replacement.

Overall, the book goes from being really interesting to boring (when they start making it sound like high school chemistry, but a lot of it is written in pretty easy-to-understand lingo and it's definitely gotten me to jump-start my search on getting myself healthy and feeling less "crazy". It has some checklists as well as referals to other books so it's an overall keeper.

This was a book that I got a Kindle copy of as well so I didn't have to keep my actual pb edition because I feel it will continue to help once I hit menopause lol.
