I kept putting off reading this book because I thought it was going to be 'just another vampire book' from the young adult section. I was pleasantly surprised!
Maxwell puts her own spin on the vampire legend that is both unique and interesting without making you cringe (or shade your eyes from the sparkles). The characters are interesting and fun and the entire book is an entertaining read!
