A very good book! Sam is an environmental writer, she is looking for cougars that were brought to the high country. While just starting her hike she finds a little boy and thinks she has sent the boy towards his father. Quickly though she realizes the boy is now missing. Has the boy been taken or has he fallen prey to one of the cougars in the park?? Chase is an FBI agent trying to find the little boy also. Sam and Chase will have to work together to find out what happened to the boy.
