Love the large photos of each finished dish and the three step-by-step photos that go with each recipe. Recipes are easy to follow and are quite varied. Biggest downfall for me was using ingredients not normally in my cupboard. 27 recipes using chicken, duck, ham, beef, liver, pork, lamb, rabbit, sausages and veal. This book is anything but boring and great for experimental cooks!
