Well, I have to say that I was disappointed in this book, I have read all of her others and this one just didn't do it for me and here is why and what I felt was different in the writing .
It was sex all the time every time and it didn't seem to go with the story, I understand using your best assets to get what you want but come on-it got old pretty quick.
The actual story didn't seem to get going until page 256. I could have done away with the first 255.
Yes, she is a very spoiled, in the world, innocent, young girl of the Ton as I am sure most of them were and not ready for a real marriage and she was hard to like but does try and improve her self.
The over use of the oh, I am so miserable card over and over got boring. I tend to skip over those when authors write the same thing over and over, if you need word count then do something that moves the story along.
Also, it really felt like a revisit of the Outlander story with the Jacobites and who is loyal to who.
