MY REVIEW:
This is the first in the 6 book continuity series 'After the Storm' (be sure to catch Valerie Hansen's free online read After the Storm prequel 'Fireworks' at eharlequin.com). Maya is put off by the forceful personality of her always-rght new boss. Greg is a take charge businessman back in town to be near his dying father in hopes to make things right between them. Maya & Greg come together through the tornado that blasts High Plains & its aftermath time & again. They discover surprising qualities they admire in each other. Local foster child Tommy & Maya's daughter, Layla are endearing. Great read. Loved it!
