About 25 years ago, my mother put me on WW because I had gained the freshman FIFTY! She was on WW and it was easy to follow because I went to a commuter college. But looking back at this book, which was written in 1966, didn't bring any memories. Maybe I was following a different program? There are no funny little poems like "Eat after eight, gain a lot of weight" or "If it's spreadable, it's ineatable!" Maybe my mother made them up.
