I was not impressed with the recipes in this book. Some of it was the cooking times - either way too short or way too long. I rely on those for meal planning. The dish I made last night took 30 minutes longer in the over for the meat to be done. Others way over-estimated the amount of time. A meat thermometer should always be used but it shouldn't be off by that much. I found very few of the recipes to be worth making again. Many just did not have much flavor. Others required too many niche ingredients.
