Several years ago I read Over Tumbled Graves by this author. I loved the book and really liked the MC Det. Caroline Mabry. So when I stumbled across this book featuring the same MC I picked it up where it's lingered on my bookshelf for three years. I finally read it this week and it's a beautifully written book with well developed characters that I'll never forget. For anyone who's ever been bullied in school or made to feel different it should strike a cord with you. It's a gem of a book and my only complaint is why I waited so long to read it
