I've got emotional reading this story. This two have a past of ups and lots of downs. Ciara was the second child her parents adored her sister, the perfect daughter, the golden child the one that can't do no wrong, while parents treated her like a dog, as well.and the sister. Ciara made.Friends with Danny, aka Spike, but the fell for each other but too scared to admit the feelings, until the golden sister Cheyenne flirted and sweet talked her way in to Spikes affections and pushing Ciara away. Until the one night Spike did something to Ciara that was a duel event, he.wanted her but also wanted.to use Ciara to make Cheyenne jealous, then Ciara ran. Has been gone for years until a day she shows up and Spike and her sister are married and I bet her sister rub that in her face to. I connected to Ciara with the hurt of the not being good enough for.anyone, not loved by family and pushed away by someone that they gave their heart to, I did shed tears throughout this story. There is a lot more and Addison and Cade show.up quite a bit in this too
