The first time firefighter Francesca Cordaro sees Alex Templeton, she is pulling him out of a fire at his warehouse. Sparks fly between the two...but Francesca knows that firefighters shouldn't get involved with outsiders. Her parents marriage set the example for what not to do. But Alex has other ideas.

This is the first book in Shay's America's Bravest series. I thought the book was well written and the characters were interesting. I will definitely be reading the rest of the series.
