This story is a warning to those of us who get the choice of truth or a little white lie. The well intentioned becomes trapped in a web of lies. There seems to be no way to mend the mother daughter relationship in a small town of friends and wounded victims. A bitter mood dominates a family of loving women and their overbearing Patriarc who all strain to keep their secrets.
