300 recipes to help jumpstart your weight loss plan or for those looking to reduce their carbohydrate intake. What's nice about this book is that it include ethnic cuisine: low-carb Italian, Mexican, Fusion, French and a section for 5 or fewer ingredients, etc. Good cookbook-just time to pass it along to someone else.
