This is one of my favorite Grendel tales. It blends together the tales of a PI in a world that has no use for him (after all, with a Grendel on every corner eager for a quest...), a Grendel gambler, a Grendel questing after lost treasures and one Grendel that is mad...

And, oh yes, the head of the Grendel Krewe of New Orleans.

This one I liked because of the characters and story. I found the art so-so, but it worked very well with the story at the end.

Recommended for fans of the Grendel series.
