The Midnight Warriors series has really captivated me, and Parallel Desire is just as good as the three before it. Deidre Knight really knows how to tell a great story. In this you find out why Scott lost his wife and baby and how he learns to love again. It's the most emotionally intense novel of the series, and there's plenty of passion and action to keep you from wanting to put the book down.
