This book is so well written. I discovered Mary Alice Monroe when I read "Time is a River". I absolutely could not put it down so I immediately tried to gather up all of her previous books. I've now read all but 2 of her books and she just came out with a new one this week.
The Beach House is set in Charleston SC and incorporates the story of the Leatherback Turtles that return to the coast each year to lay their eggs. You'll definitely enjoy this book.
