This helpful and hopeful book was the perfect way to help me "get my head on straight" before I started each day. The readings are short and meaningful with practical ideas to try as well as deeper concepts to mull over. If you feel like "choosing joy" and "living your best life" don't make sense when your mother is dying or your best friend has incurable cancer or you've just lost the marriage you thought was forever this may be a good choice for you.
