UNITS IN WOODWORKING is designed to teach the student the basics of working with wood. The first portion of the text deals with shaping wood using hand tools. The second section deals with the fundamentals of power woodworking machinery. The third section deals with finishing materials and the application to wood. The final section provides the student with information on a variety of occupations that are closely related to the woodworking industry. After each unit there are Review Questions for the student to answer.
