I will always remember this book as profound and as touching as any of the Russian dramas.
Goldman, a neo-Renaissance man, hit the ground running back in the 60s with this book. I have always been disappointed that he branched out into other areas. Although the rest of his career has been stellar, nothing will ever again match "Boys and Girls Together".
