A very honest look inside mental illness. This memoir was sad and yet cathartic for the writer. Because I come from the same town, I knew the areas he wrote about even though the names were changed. I had a similar experience in high school as well so on all levels I could relate to this. It is well written and although sad, there is hope at the end.
