This 239 page reference was a real joy to behold because it gave me such a thorough description of many of the herbs I had heard about, but had never connected with. The format is perfect because it is simple to follow along, it has all the info right up front. I was able to learn when to use the herb and in what ways for what indications. This handy little number has made it's way straight to my spiritual tool box.

There was a great section with some well presented natural photos of the plants, some of them I could instantly recognize as herbs I had seen around my own backyard. I have been enjoying the benefits of herbs in my daily life for around 30 years so it was interesting to see all the different ways they were helping me without my even knowing it. I would recommend this awesome teacher to anyone drawn to the power of plants to heal. Thanks Diane, You have definitely done it again.
