The recipes is this wonderful little book look so good. This is 7th English edition. Back cover says: Easy, troublefree cooking. Food cooks in its natural juices--with no need for extra fat. Vitamins and nutrients remain intact. Especially suitable for weight-watchers--and all lovers of tasty, nourishing food.
So, if you have one of those lovely earthenware Romertopf's, this book is for you!! This copy is in excellant condition, inside and out.
