Book Review of The Apple Cider Vinegar Guide: How to Lose Weight, Improve Your Skin, Alleviate Allergies and Better Your Health with Apple Cider Vinegar

What I liked about this book was the fact that the author found a scientific basis for her assertions about Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). She pointed to chapter-and-verse to prove her points. She explained what was special about ACV (having the 'Mother" included), how to make your own ACV, possible side effects, and adding ACV to your diet.

Then she talked about the way ACV has been touted for various ailments and her take on the value of ACV for that problem. They included: cancer prevention, gout, gut health, skin health, household uses, and many, many more. This is a reasoned, science-based examination of the uses of ACV. Highly recommended.
