To me Sandra Boynton books are either hits (home runs) or misses. This was a home run... great story, great rhyms... This along with Birthday Monsters are must have books to read at night.
My son loved it and we read this so many times he knew it by heart (and I did too--on both counts). Kids 1-3 will really enjoy it--fun and easy reads and great drawings.
