I loved this book. It had a little bit of everything. I almost didn't read this one because I hated the third book "Hidden Away (Garrett's story)." But I did love the first one. Glad I gave it a chance. I couldn't put it down.

I love Sophie. She cried a lot but after what she has been through and being pregnant on top of that, she is allowed to cry as much as she wants. She is such a survivor and had such emotional strength.

Sam was good. The brothers are really almost interchangeable which is a slight disappointment but it is still fun. But of course I love the family scenes. It was great to read the brotherly banter that I missed so much in "Hidden Away."

This book and the first are definitely worthwhile.
