This is a hard one to review because there were some great things about it and some not so great things too.

Basically the first two thirds of the book dragged on endlessly, with all sorts of personal info about the characters and the mundane things they were doing. Of every 10 pages,I probably skimmed 7 just to get to something abut the murders. I couldn't wait to finish it...just to be done with it.

But, the last third was really good! Pretty much every page was devoted to the murders/mystery. Just when you thought you had it figured out, your idea was shattered. Lots of surprising twists toward the end.

The plot was a good one, and quite original. I just think the book itself could have been cut in half and been a much better book overall. Not sure if I am going to read another book by this author. I love her ideas, but don't feel like plodding my way through just to get to the good parts.
