Book Review of Belly Fat: How to Lose Your Belly Fat Without Getting Hungry: Get Rid of Those Sugar Cravings Forever

This is a straightforward book with information about Atkin's, paleo, ketogenic, and Mediterranean diets. The author compares them and shows that the Mediterranean diet is the easiest to adopt. In the end, there are a series of exercises (complete with drawings to show movements). There is also a list of acceptable foods and ones to avoid.

My only quibble with the ebook is the info on coconut oil. The author cites a valid source for her panning the use of coconut oil, except in limited amounts. However, there is later research that counters this info.
