I have never given a 5 star review before, but I had to give it to this book. I absolutely loooooved it! The characters were engaging & interesting (even the villain); their motivations clear. The storyline hooked you & kept you on the edge of your seat. I could hardly put the book down. There haven't been a great many books written about this era - the Industrial Revolution; most are set in the Regency era. This was the perfect blend of romance and science and action. It would make a darn good movie. Take a chance & order this one - I loved it!
