Well, it was a good, entertaining story. But the good guys killed so many bad guys without getting killed themselves I began to wonder if the good guys were bullet proof, although two of them are wounded more than once. However, toward the end one of the good guys does die.

It did bother me that the book had all the Western cliches, except for the cavalry charge arriving in the nick of time. And a few were overdone. For example, on several pages early in the book, two men discussed "bear sign"---which is 'cowboy' for donuts---so often I think it appeared in every sentence. I got tired of it fast.
