Not what I expected. Found the peripheral background more interesting than the love story itself. (electrician details, Southwest skyline descriptions, etc.) Really enjoyed the camaraderie and growth of the band member relationships more than anything. Good writing...but not a typical "romance" book if that's what you're looking for.
