Ivys mother remarries a wonderful man who has a son Ivys age. Ivy has always believed in Angels. Tristan has always been an athlete. They start dating and fall in love. Life seems perfect until an unfortunate night. Tristan dies in a horrible car accident but Ivy live. She ends up loosing her belief in Angels and is unable to feel Tristans presence. Tristan discovers that the brakes on the car were tampered with and realizes that Ivy may be in danger, but does not know how to connect with her because she dose not believe in Angels anymore.
