13 year old Sarah has had a lot of problems in her life (this is the second story in this series)but is trying to live life the right way. When two freed slaves, the parents of her friend, are kidnapped to be sold as slaves, Sarah sets out to rescue them. She has a lot of funny, helpful friends along the way.
