An American family on vacation in Ireland are suddenly trapped there after a nuclear attack. All the modern conveniences are now worthless and the family must learn to survive with whatever the earth yields. There is a band of no-good gypsies that threaten their very survival. There are a lot of twists and surprises in this novel. I liked it and I think you will too.
