First, the disclaimer. "I was provided a free copy of this book off from the author. All opinions are my own." That done, HAZARDOUS HOLIDAY is a suspense read by a talented author -- Liz Johnson. I have fallen in love with her series set on Price Edward Island--though they are straight romance and not romantic suspense. (If you like romance, they are The Red Door Inn and Where Two Hearts Meet.)

HAZAROUS HOLIDAY starts out with a bang as Zach and his wife, Kristi, are almost forced off the road after Zach returns from a stint on active duty. Someone tries to force them off the road, and then they are shot at. Kristi is convinced it was someone who threw threats at her and her boss when the lawyer firm she works for refuses to represent him. So the reader starts out thinking they know whodunit, but as fans of romantic suspense know, it is not that easy. It is never that easy. So whodunit and why?

I was kept at the edge of my seat as I read HAZARDOUS HOLIDAY and recommend it as a good read that will keep you guessing even after you figure out the why.

A great romantic suspense. Highly recommended.
