the typical rich-lady-falls-for-her-bodyguard scenario. Jessica Bird also writes as JR Ward, and while I think JR Ward is fabulous, out of this world, and now an all-time favorite author, Jessica Bird doesn't do it for me. the female lead is a whining creature, another female who says "i love you and would never try to change you" then on the very same page tries to do exactly that. UGH! I give it a two just because i did like the male lead.
