Having grown up with D.E.A.R. time in elementary I had to order this when I saw it. I hadn't read it but wasn't disappointed. It shows a great variety of different activities at school and that it isn't only children who read when it is D.E.A.R. time. It really brought me back to my enjoyment at school of pulling out whichever book I was reading and having that be part of the school day.
