Stella and Nick Buckley have relocated to Vermont, from Manhattan, but before they can unload the moving truck, a body is found in their well, shot to death.....They become involved in attempting to solve the murder so they can move into their new home , from which they have been banned, because it has been designated a crime scene! I found the characters quirky, but believable....the one thing I found a bit off putting , is how much the information the sheriff shared with them.....I thought that was unrealistic.....I did however, enjoy the book and will read the sexual, if there is one !
