I found it a bit slowpaced and dry but I don't see what all the fuss is about. The fact is that these things happen and I think the smart thing to do is have young adults read books like this so they understand the consequences of sex. I gave it to my younger cousin to read (after discussing it with her parents) and she now understands that oral sex is a sex act. You'd be surprised how many kids don't think it is. I think young adults should read this and be warned, then remain ignorant.
