This is an exceptionaly good read. Well researched and written. Example:Peewee Reese jackie robinson publuc display of frienship was not the first time white player shook his hand and the Philly mgr publucally did the same. Popular history only talks about Reese.
The book humanizes other players in a way I have never found before.
If you love baseball and its history, this is for you.
