A lot of great recipes in this book for holiday meals and entertaining. It is all recipes. There are some inventive appetizer and dessert recipes, a bunch using chocolate. The main courses are holiday special versions of ham, beef, lamb, chicken, seafood, pork and turkey along with some ideas for leftovers. It is 233 pages of recipes with nice color photos. The salads and side dishes will keep you going for a lot longer than the holiday season, nice ideas for Sunday dinners here and there too.
