Canadian Anne-Marie Doucet hates the British and as she aids the rebellious Americans in their attempt to take Quebec from the British she suddenly meets American lieutenant Eli Brownell. The attraction is mutual. This is a passionate story of two people who doubt each other, and who finally learn to trust each other.
